Although is it near impossible for a sticker business to be 100% green, Blue Jay Stickers are committed to helping save the environment as best as we can.
This is what we are doing to become a greener business:
100% of invoices and quotes to be sent electronically.
Turn off all office equipment when you’re not using it - overnight, at weekends and during bank holidays.
Turn off lights in empty rooms and replace bulbs with energy saving ones.
We make sure all waste is handled by local waste management contractors.
Keep heating at a constant level and ensure doors and windows are shut when using heating.
Minimise the need for travel, and drive efficiently when travel is necessary.
Invest in efficient equipment to help cut our energy, transport and water costs.
Use 100% green energy suppliers for gas and electric.
Source food and drink from UK growers and ensure it is ethically sound and organically grown.
Keep up to date with the latest green issues and work towards gaining green seal approval.
By our efforts we hope to make our contribution to lower greenhouse emissions and unnecessary waste.
